My husband ordered flowers for me for our 25-year anniversary to be delivered at work on April 1, 2025, before 1pm. On April 1, 2025, they were not received. Numerous emails and phone calls was made to Bloom Flower Delivery about getting money back but was either told they could not hear my husband or ple[censored]d for someone that could help. He then accidently hung up which then someone did call him back but gave him a phone number to a hospital that was in a nearby town. This happened a few times. After this communication was done through text after which we were ghosted. Bank has been notified about the situation. Will now be in the process of cancelling bank card and having the bank look into further as well.
