This company runs a scam by calling your business and confirming the address you are located plus the person's name who he's asked. Once he confirms this information he will send product to your company in the attention of the person's name he spoke to that you never ordered. In our case Red Ink for Pitney Bowes machine. This is the 2nd year in a row that this has been done by this so called company. Seems he likes to send stuff out at the beginning of November.

When called a guy by the name Mark Harris answered. When questioned about why they keep "sending us product" we didn't order he explained that the person he had spoken to on the phone ordered it. The only thing that was offered was that we could return the product that we didn't receive, but he somehow has a Tracking number with the Attention to person as the signer.
