I purchased lifetime access to Microsoft Office Plus Professional 2021. Less than a year later, I got warning messages that the product was deactivating. I contacted costumer service 8 times (email, phone) and never got a reply. The phone seemed disconnected. I spoke with someone on the site chat and it was just a little odd. I never got a refund and I never got a reply.My product deactivated and I had to purchase the software all over again.

I hope you will take the time to report on this site as it is a legitimate government website that is for these specific reasons for the public. Reporting here could help the website and or scammer be put out of business. Good Luck!
