They put a block on my computer and gave their phone number to contact them to fix my computer. They pretended to be from Microsoft. They said they would fix my computer and give me a lifetime warranty of protection, so I gave them $400.00. They gave my computer a virus and totally screwed it up. At&t had to fix it and told me that it was a virus and a scam. When I called to demand a refund, they only refunded $300.00 and kept $100.00 for a one time technician fee.
