A telephone call from Michelle C***** @ CCTPD saying that our business was being audited and that we are being overcharged for credit card processing fees. Michelle C***** stated we should have received a letter( twice yearly) from our P.O.S provider telling us of this higher % charge. Michelle C***** stated that we are eligible for a refund for the overpayments made to our P.O.S. provider. Being somewhat confused with what was being said Michelle C***** then talked us through the menu system on our P.O.S to gather our monthly earnings taxes and fees report which she asked us to email to her so that the refund could be processed. Michelle C***** said that our P.O.S. system could be non compliant and needed updating. It was only after Michelle C***** sent an agreement contract via email that it was realized I was being scammed into signing a non cancelable rental contract over a 4 year term (Base cost $8200) for a clover P.O.S. system. When questioned about this Michelle C***** Hung up the phone....
