Michael Carter called my mother and scared her to death. He threatened to call enforcement due to a claim against me. When you call them back they don't answer the phone. They continue to call and call and call. This is a scam and they are ruthless.

I keep getting calls from this number as well as my family. If I answer when they call it is just a recording. Message says this is Michael Carter looking for me about a complaint filed and charges will be filed. When I call back I told a lady (who did not state business name or personal name) that I keep getting these calls and I'm sick of it and she hung up on me. I called right back and the lady was extremely rude and when I would ask questions she wouldn't say a word to me. I then cussed them out and told them to quit calling but yet I continue to receive messages.

they called my sister in law of whom i would never give out her number to anyone for reference . Needless to say i have contacted family and friends to let them all know. I dont have any other information but the phone number on them. He told her he needs needs my whereabouts or they will call authorities.

A recording from a man by the name of Michael Carter called and left a message with a co-worker stating that if I didn't call him back that legal action would be taken.

I don't have any collections and I haven't broken any laws. I knew right away this was a scam.
