The spokesperson who represents herself as a doctor guarantees this product will remove crepiness on the skin. I bought this product on November 7, 2024 and started using it immediately on my crepey neck, and I am at present still using it. Fast forward to today May 13, 2025 my neck is still crepey and this product is a fraud. I have been using this product long enough to see some results and I am highly disappointed and I feel lied to by a doctor representing a product she knows doesn't work. Giving false hope and talking hard earned money. Shame on you.
