My HP printer wasn't working. I contacted HP, I thought, and after an online chat, a tech person called me. He worked with me to get my printer back on line. I gave him access to my computer. He showed me a terminal printout showing malware networms. Then I bought the Norton software, agreeing to pay $299. He tried to get me to sign up for a 3, 5, or 10 year plan, up to $899, but I didn't. He said his name is Rovin and can be reached at 888 442-8777. When I checked the price of the same Norton product, it is currently on sale for $99.99. I authorized a payment of $330 which I assume was also for the actual service of resolving my printer problem.
