I ordered then I received email saying my order was confirmed, delivery December 10th. They took the money out of my account. Received another email saying it is shipped. Had a place to click on to track. That said "shop" as the name. Clicked on that and it goes from "shop" to a different one called "Ontrac". When i made it to ontrac it said that the package has not been received. Now when i check on my package, the meta sign company says order confirmed, it does not sau shipped anymore. I have made attempts to contact meta sign and ontrac. Neither has replied back. It has been 3 days with no response. I could not find a phone number. There also has not been any updates on my purchase since December 5th. Please help get this site off. Thank you
