I called the Meta Call center Number on the internet, which opened Meta site with 24/7 call number of 1-844-507-1699. I explained that my Facebook account and Instagram account is hacked and not accessible by checking in their system with my email account. They said it is currently active and logged in from Mexico. In order for Facebook to identify my identity, I need to download an app Helpdesk. Host to validate that I'm the right person for Facebook and Instagram accounts. I asked them few questions how this app work will and would you get access to my phone by logging in. I asked them where this support center is located and if you can provide me your managers name. They disconnected the phone, and I tried few times, and no one is picking up my phone.
