Ordered hydration pack from Merabi Sisterhood, no status updates
Paid for product but never received it

Foam climbing blocks order leads to suspicious charges
I put the order in, and they asked for a code sent to my phone to verify the payment method.
They then would not accept American Express after trying, probably because Amex has very strong security.
We then used a navy federal card, gave them the code (which I was worried was suspicious but foolishly went through with it anyway)
Maybe an hour or two later the bank was calling to ask us about some suspicious charges.
We were actually able to get them undone so I don't know if that actually counts as money lost, but one of the charges was for $299, I believe somewhere in CA
The website claims the company is based in Netherlands but apparently not.
I ran the website through a couple of checkers and they said it was legit but now I've seen on reddit that many other people had the same experience I did over the last several months.
They also go by meraki sisterhood and other mer-whatever names.
