I purchased an online product on this fraudulent company's website. I was charged and was never sent the purchased item. Shortly after that purchase they attempted to charge my credit card a few hundred dollars. I received a fraud alert from my CC company and was able to stop the fraudulent charge. This company is not legitimate! They scam people out of their money.

I went online to purchase a dehumidifier. The website merabi sisterhood had one for 23.99. I purchased it. Then the next day I get a fraud flag on my account for 2 charges.

I purchased shoe rack from the website and it was never received. Contacted the email address 2x with no response and the phone number does not work. They took the money out of my account and it said it came from California. The phone number is from New York, and the website has an Amsterdam address.

Everything looked legit. On August 2, 2026, I ordered a hydration pack form Merabi Sisterhood/Shopify for my granddaughter. I received an email confirmation of my order stating I would receive updates. Money ($11.99) came out of my account under Creative Canvas on August 3, 2026. I have tried to find out the status but haven't heard from them. I tried calling the number and it ask about travel options

On July 29, 2026 I ordered a 7.1ch Virtual Surround Sound Bar with Subwoofer & 4 Surround Speakers × 1 from the website merabisisterhood.com for $39.99. I never got the order number when it was supposed to be shipped. A week later I checked my Cash App and saw 2 transactions trying to be made from the same company I bought the speakers off for of $65.65 & $349.00

The website looked like a place to get baby items and support women. The items never came and there is no customer service. It looks like a scam to card information. Cancel your card ASAP.

I saw the website had a great price for foam climbing blocks for babies.

I put the order in, and they asked for a code sent to my phone to verify the payment method.

They then would not accept American Express after trying, probably because Amex has very strong security.

We then used a navy federal card, gave them the code (which I was worried was suspicious but foolishly went through with it anyway)

Maybe an hour or two later the bank was calling to ask us about some suspicious charges.

We were actually able to get them undone so I don't know if that actually counts as money lost, but one of the charges was for $299, I believe somewhere in CA

The website claims the company is based in Netherlands but apparently not.

I ran the website through a couple of checkers and they said it was legit but now I've seen on reddit that many other people had the same experience I did over the last several months.

They also go by meraki sisterhood and other mer-whatever names.

I purchased something from them, then later that night someone tries to spend $75 and $399 from my account but was unsuccessful. My item never shipped. I've emailed them countless times with no responses. The number they put as a way to contact them doesn't even work.
