I bought a scooter from them for “$14.99” and never received it after being charged. Two weeks later they charged my credit card for three different transactions, three different amounts all amounting to $210. Currently trying to dispute with Imagine credit card right now.

I bought toddler potty seats from Merabi Sisterhood on 07/19/26. I got an order confirmation from Shopify immediately but the items never shipped. I contacted their support email on 07/26/26 and followed up on 07/30/26, but never got a reply. I called their support number on 08/07/26 and after selecting my language the call immediately went to a recording stating that they are unable to help but that I qualify for a gift card if I take their survey which I declined by hanging up.

I purchased speakers from the seller but never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. After completing the purchase, I did not receive any updates about my order, and the speakers were never delivered. I attempted to get information about the shipment, but I did not receive a response. I believe this may be a scam and want to report it to help prevent others from experiencing the same issue.

I ordered what I thought was a good deal on some outdoor chairs. The charge went through as FURRY FRIENDS PET CARE in Kentucky/Los Angeles, with a phone number listed on the authorization for 3 Design company's in Los Angeles, all with unavailable websites. Merabi Sisterhood has a US phone number, with a Denmark address.

July 26th: Online purchase (3) three baby gates. Email confirmation of order #**** and advised another email to be sent with shipping/tracking info.

Aug. 3rd: Email inquiry of order status sent to “support” contact provided - no response. No additional or erroneous charges to the account.

Aug. 5th: Attempted calling the company and received an automatic message “unable to connect” from New York.

- Credit card was closed ASAP.

Aug. 6th: Just after midnight a text alert from my credit card company denied two unauthorized purchases. One of which was the same name on the statement from the original order ELVIORA HOME.

I ordered a popup tent for $29.99 on 7/23/2026 with cash app. company Marabi Sisterhood showed Pet Lounge and suppl on cash app. On 7/27/2026 within 5 minutes they wiped out my account for $1,762.94 and tried for another $987.21 totaling $2,750.16. I called cash app and they stated they can not do anything with the payment pending? So they are going to let it clear my account and send them the money? Total BS!!!
