I purchased 15 bottles of Memopryl. Took the supplement for 3 months with no results. I too watched a 30 minute video featuring Bill Gates. He talked about how Lithium is found in the water and honey on some island and how that made a huge difference. When you get the product there's no mention of lithium. I tried it with no noticeable difference. [email protected] 323 286 4982 is a 3rd party player which refers you to supportmyvitality.com which I tried 5 times but only to receive a undeliverable notice from the internet postmaster. I think that if it seems to good to be true it is. It's a real shame that stuff like this is able to go on in this country. Buyer be ware.

Video purporting to be Bill Gates who developed a cure for Alzheimer's. Selling pills in large quantities at a "discount". When I tried to cancel order immediately I was given another number 323-372-9337 besides website number 323-286-4982 they just say they are always out of the office.

I ordered Memopryl after listening to a video that had Bill Gates promoting the product. After making this order, for a total of 18 bottles purchased for $642.

After completing the order, I decided to check and found that Bill Gates had nothing to do with the product.

I decided to ask for a refund. It was quite difficult. They had a "dedicated Customer Advance Support Portal" at https://supportmyvitality.com which I tried initially. The AI responding said she'd make sure someone got in touch. Nothing happened. Then I called 323-286-4982. I did get instructions after several offers to let me keep the product at a reduced price. I had to mail it back and email them with the tracking number. I did this and got verification of delivery. That was on 7/20 and there has been no refund.

On the website the product was described as a memory supplement developed by Bill Gates. Bill Gates (maybe a look-a-like) gave a lengthy talk about the product and how great it is. I ordered some and later decided to return the order for a full refund. I received another package from the company which I did not order. I called the toll free number and got a message that the number was not an assigned phone number. Called another number did talk to someone which told me that everything would be taken care of and to email the [email protected]. I did and no answer back and no refund, money lost.

I had ordered from this company and realized something was not right. I tried to cancel the order and was unable to do so. I also tried calling the number and a pre recorded message answered with no way to leave a message. This company has terrible reviews and I should have checked that but did not. Especially bad reviews about their customer service.

Facebook ad came up with Bill Gates and Bruce Willis --

I had to cancel my credit card because this company fraudulently charged my card for 2 charges -- $294 and $174 --

this is a confirmed Fraud which was verified with Wells Fargo -- waiting on paperwork from the bank to confirm on their side as well

While on Facebook I noticed an ad for the supplement Memopryl that was hosted by Dr. Ben Carson. It talked about how he discovered key ingredients needed for reversing memory loss. I found out after placing the order that Dr. Ben Carson had nothing to do with this product. When comparing ingredients specified in the ad to the bottles I received, they didn't match at all. The ingredients listed in the ad were ginkgo biloba extract, phosphatidyl serine, John Warts, alpha GPE and Huperzine A. Some of the ingredients shown on the bottles I received were caffeine tea (coffee Arabica bean), L-Tyrosine, alkaloid, theacrine, whole plant extract, etc.
