[email protected] William Chester emailed about a remote junior publicist job offer. Conducted interview and screening with [email protected] and included id, name, address, signature with contract including information about purchase for equipment. I called my bank to warn them. Including a MemeHouse Productions check for $4950. I deposited the check into my bank and it cleared. However 332-283-0821 Daryl the hiring manger texted the following day and asked for my venmo and cashapp information to share with the vendors. I used chat gpt to search the phone number 332-283-0821 and a fruad report came up with the ScamPulse.com on August 10th. I called my bank, they reversed the check.
