this online service advertises a membership for one month however in reality it is an ongoing subscription. the website offers 24/7, 7 days week customer service but when calling those hours are not available. The caller is routed to various automated options where your account is not located and the caller is dropped. The chat option is also a deadend saying it will connect to a live agent and that never happens. A website login magic link is offered but never delivered to the user email. Several dead end options for cancelling the account, which is advertised as easy and fast. The service is a scam for offering services and easy customer service but there are no live agents when calling, chatting or emailing. All toll free phone numbers go to same dead end automated system. Credit card charges are ongoing for not needed service with no service option to end it.
