There was an ad on Facebook for Boston Scally Caps on clearance. I ordered two caps. I got an email saying my caps have been shipped, but it wasn’t from Boston Scally Caps. It was from Melvessina, not from Boston Scally as advertised. The ad used the same spokesman as BSC, which looking back it was probably AI. It was supposed shipped by the same company (DHL) as BSC uses, so I didn’t think much of it. The tracking supposedly went through Los Angeles customs, which I found odd since it was supposed to ship from Boston. The tracking afterwards made no sense at all. A month later, Melvessina claimed it was delivered; however, there was no documentation of the delivery, just their claim it was delivered. I emailed and questioned Melvessina about the delivery. They said they would investigate it, but I never heard back after their initial reply. I tried to follow up a week later but never heard back from them.
