con-artists! Within hours I asked to cancel this order from purchasing it. No where on their site is a warning it will cost 30% of anything to do so! They himham and run me around in emails for several hours, sending generic replies or asking things I already told them- then they say it's "too late" Liars, cons, scams! I am a disabled woman on SSI taking care of an austistic adult son and can't afford to lose this time of money. I told them I wanted to cancel because as it's a pet memorial site I am still too wounded from the loss of our pet and buying the products started to weigh on me and make me depressed
