My computer locked up on me one morning while I was online. At the bottom in said to call Megasoft at the listed phone number. I called the number. They took csre of the issue. And told me there would be a fee of $340.00 or so. Or at that time I could purchase a 4 year plan for another $545.00 that would protect me from having to pay each time it happened. So I sent them a check for $885.99. In 1 week or so they called me back saying they had not received my check. I told them that because of the holidays it would take a while to get it. Well in another week they called me saying them still have not received it. So, I issued them another check and sent it registered mail. And I put a stop payment on the first check. Well about a week later they called me and told me they received that check. I thought everything was OK. But about 10 days later the first check come thru the bank. They did not pay it, and sent it back. I tried to call them on the listed phone number, and the line had been taken out of service. So I guess I have lost my money and have no service either.
