I placed an order with meemox.com on 7/16/2026. I kept checking the tracking every day. On 8/14/2026 it said that my package had been delivered. But it had not been delivered. I emailed the company letting them know that I didn't receive my order. Not much help with them.

All they would say is how sorry they are. They told me that I could reorder but I would have to pay a shipping fee and the item I ordered was out of stock. Not sure why they asked me if I wanted to reorder if it was out of stock. They also kept stating that I would only be refunded $15.00. I'm still sending emails and I'm getting the run around with this company. How can I get my refund even if it is a portion of what I originally paid. Thanks

Placed order for clothing. Waited a month for any shipping updates, and when I did receive tracking information, it said the items had been delivered, but I reviewed all of my security camera footage and nothing was delivered.

I order from this company over a month and a half. Followed what was believed the tracking number. Which was verified by the post office as not existing. I emailed the company numerous times with the promise of it being shipped and it was delivered. I demanded my money back after they said you will need to buy 15.00 more or pay more for shipping. I sent the newest email stating I will not be buying anything and I want my refund now. This company has been reported a few times. The site needs to be removed and TikTok do a better job on checking the verify the company is legitimate.
