Fax requesting payment for nonexistent electronic service

Fax with our information populated accurately and asking for balance paid for services that are not for a concrete product, for an electronic service that someone in accounting could easily assume we are getting.

Received fake invoice from MedPulse for fax service

We received a fax from MedPulse for $358.80 stating the payment was for 12 month "secure fax routing service". The fax did not have our business name listed anywhere, only a generic "ATTN: accounts payable/office admin" along with our physical address.

Received unsolicited invoice for fax line protection

We received an invoice for Fax line protection and confirmation pages. We did not sign up for this product nor have we ever heard of this company. I immediately deleted the fax
