Received a letter asking for insurance information in order to bill my father's insurance for a ambulance transport. My father indeed did not use them at all in 2026. I asked where was this transport to and they wouldn't answer me. I asked them how they got my father's information. They said they ran a data base. So, they are looking for elderly people and trying to collect insurance information to bill the insurances for something they are not providing. It's a scam. They also will never provide any information. They ask for SS information and medical information.
