Almost fell for this guys pitch. I was just working in my yard in Marcellus NY and he pulled in driveway asking if I wanted my driveway done with the materials left over from last job for only $800. He stated he was going back to NC this weekend and lives here for 6 months out of the year. I noticed his business card didn’t have a website which was odd. He has a basic white truck with no business logo on it. He was pretty charming and convincing. He did mention names I knew in my town that he just worked on their driveway this past week. Thank God my husband came home from work early and was suspect of these guys right away. Basic black business card McNalley Sealcoating and Repairs, Bryan McNalley Owner and Operator Free Estimates. 803-769-1240. I googled for some info and only found this website stating he is a scammer. Oh and the phone number belongs to a deceased person according to google. BEWARE!

There are 2 men in a truck saying they are the McNalley Sealcoating Business located out towards Columbia, SC. They offered a reasonable price to clean, prep and seal driveway. Said sealcoat is warranted for 5 years. After 3 weeks the seal coat started chipping away and there are bare spots all over the driveway. I called 3 times to his phone number 803 991-1216 and he answered the first 2 times and said he was sorry he would get right on it towards the end of the week when he is down towards Myrtle Beach doing jobs. The last time I called he didn't answer the call. I left a message saying I was going to report him to the BBB. Of course had I thought I would have looked up his business first to see if it was legitimate. DO NOT HIRE people in a truck making cold calls to refurbish your driveway. These guys are total scammers and will NOT make good on so-called warranties. Also it is an illegal business with no license and
