Mbest.aliexpress.com Reports & Reviews (2)

In August 2024, I bought / ordered a bunch of merchandise from AliExpress, from sellers who are shipping from the USA, not China. The first two orders I received FedEx tracking numbers from the sellers, but there were no available information for those tracking numbers, when I tracked them on FedEx.com. I checked on the tracking on and off for the next few days, no information associated with those tracking numbers. All the other orders from other sellers that I placed orders with, I messaged asking about the status of the orders. They all said they were going to ship the items in 3 to 5 days and then later on, the sellers would say they'll check on the status or there was a back log of orders and to wait patiently. A week past since placing the orders. One day I checked the two orders that had tracking numbers assigned to them, now the FedEx tracking numbers showed the orders were shipped on the day of ordering and delivered to my city and state a few days later. Obviously, these are new FedEx tracking numbers the sellers inputted into AliExpress, too bad I didn't record the old FedEx tracking numbers that had no information attached to them. Apparently, the sellers are gaining access to stolen FedEx tracking data and finding tracking numbers for where the AliExpress customer lives and falls around when the order was made and using those tracking numbers to fool the AliExpress customer and AliExpress. I immediately cancelled all the outstanding orders I had on AliExpress, that the sellers kept giving excuses as to why it hasn't shipped yet. Now, I think they were waiting to get a hold of some tracking numbers that would fall within the dates of my orders and have a destination in the city and state where I live. I went on FedEx.com and typed in the tracking numbers for both of the fraud orders. Both orders show they were shipped on the day of me ordering on AliExpress and delivered a few days later in my city and state. One had a picture of boxes outside an unknown house and front door as proof of deliver. I clicked underneath the delivery status hyper link for each of the FedEx trackings, to report missing packages. FedEx then ask for me to enter the address where the packages were delivered, so I entered my home address for the two orders. Both instances, FedEx advised my address does not match the delivery address of the packages for those two tracking numbers. Which proves that the packages were never addressed or delivered to me. I disputed the two orders with AliExpress, the customer service personnel I chatted with to set up the disputes seem genuine and believed I've been taken / scammed. I told them to go to FedEx.com and type the two tracking numbers provided by the sellers / scammers and then attempt to file a missing package report online and they'll see that those two packages were never delivered to me, but to someone else in the same city and state as me. AliExpress came back and said my dispute is invalid and I should check with the delivery company or family to see who might have took the packages. Apparently, AliExpress did not do like I suggested and went off of the delivery status showing the packages were delivered to the city and state I live in and does not care if the address of the packages were addressed to someone else at another address in my city and state. I suspect AliExpress is fully aware of the criminals / fraudsters / scammers operating on their platform, but AliExpress rather side with the criminals to get a cut of their illicit profits than to help the innocent US consumer. I lost $400 to $500 in the the two orders. I'm going to fight the charges with my credit card company and hopefully they'll intervene and see that I've been scammed. The credit card companies see all the fraud schemes out there, so this should not be new to them.

- Las Vegas, NV, USA

I bought a phone on 4/9/24, on 5/16/24 it said delivered to Franklin Park, Illinois instead of Las Vegas, Nevada. I contacted customer service and was referred to DHL shipping. They said the package is not under my name and cannot help me. I contacted customer service again and they were stalling going in circles. They open “disputes” that do nothing. As of today 5/23/24 I still have no resolution to my problem.
