Item is not as described. Plastic material not an actual horseshoe as they said. Have emailed back and forth but they just send me a tracking number when I have asked for a return label.

I ordered from what I believed was a wounded veteran. He made handmade windchimes. My son is also a veteran with a purple heart. I like to support vets.

Notified USPS that package was not received, Post Master General in Monaca PA said it is a scam and the article never did go to my address.

I am notifying my bank.

An advertisement came up on an app that was promoting handmade birdhouses crafted by an injured American veteran. The birdhouses actually came from China and we're 4-5x smaller than they were supposed to be. I am attaching a photo to show them for scale as compared to sizes on the website.

Selling counterfeit, mass produced items as “100% Handmade by Veteran”. Item received is nothing like the item described and shown online. NOT an authentic horseshoe. Multiple accounts of other customers who have been scammed. Selling on Etsy as well under totally different seller. Also shipping info provided is incorrect. They say it is USPS but it is actually a company called GOFO delivering item almost a month after order was placed.

Ordered from a website that was advertised on Facebook. The product was supposedly a hand made, oven fired ceramic bird windchime made by a disabled American military member. And the proceeds were to go to the Military member.

An email confirming shipment was sent from FUNGWAI INDUSTRIAL HK LIMITED

[email protected] an obvious Chinese firm. The product delivered was a cheap plastic replica of what was shown on the Facebook page which, by the way, doesn't "ring" like ceramic.

Identified ad on facebook. Helping a Disabled Veteran. Checked out the website: ScamPulse.com A+, Veteran certified, claiming to be Handmade out of horseshoes, pictures of Jordan Maynard, Supporting US Disabled Vets, looks perfectly legit. Ordered 2 chimes, never received after almost a month, inquired customer support (86+ country number China), received 2 bogus USPS tracking #s, finally received product, they are junk, not handmade, not of horseshoe material (probable 3D printed), string to hold, not leather as pictured. Requested refund and will only give 30%. It's a hoax using a disabled US Military Veteran as the ploy. maynardhandmade.com (purchase worry free) BS

I have been scammed once before as the site appeared completely normal until I received the counterfeit water filters for my refrigerator. This time I really did some digging to make sure the account was legit. It appeared this account had all kinds of information that it was vet owned and had been through certification.
