I received a gift card for use on this website, and apparently the conditions were very specific and I wasn't able to use the gift card in the way it seemed the wording would imply. The gift card was apparently for a year-long subscription, but there was not clear mention of that when I was gifted the card. Unfortunately, I already started paying $5 a month with my own money before I knew the card had a. Stipulation for yearly use, so I ended up paying the $5 and then was promised $60 from a gift card that would not work since I already had the $5 a month membership. Basically they gifted me $60 to use on their store, but I was only able to use it to purchase something I already have purchased from them with my own money, and the terms of the card I saw did not make it seem like it was restricted. Now they have the $60 plus my $5 and I received no physical item that was supposed to be sent along when I purchased the more expensive tier, and I have been told that there will be no item shipped to me.
