I received a letter at my old office mailing address (haven't been there for almost 10 years). This letter was from Richard White, 'a partner at MAXIM GLOBAL LLP, a distinguished law firm based in Canada'. It is related to unclaimed Accidental Death Benefits of $13.6 million for 'Late Mr. Norbert ****', and, due to being unable to locate any existing relatives or claimants to his estate, is offering to split 90% of the funds with me, with the other 10% going to charitable causes. 2 email addresses are provided for follow-up: [email protected] and [email protected]
