The company took my payment and refuse to provide the product I purchased! They kept advising me to check with my neighbors and I did and still no products

I went to the website and wanted to order a knife. I clicked on the option to buy one knife, but after completing the purchase, I realized they had charged me for three knives. I sent a confirmation email, but the tracking system told me it could not find my order. I still haven't received the knives, and there has been no response from them.

Ordered the product on 12/29/2024 and paid that day to PayPal.
They keep telling me the shipment has been delayed due to weather since the 13th of January.
Only automated responses when I inquire at Matsato.com

On 6/28 I ordered ONE knife and ONE sheath. I was billed for two separate transactions totaling $143.32 for the single knife and sheath plus four more of each. I immediately attempted to cancel and discovered that there is no way to cancel on your site. I had a chat window open for 30 minutes with no response. I filed a dispute with Paypal and they have been as useless. I finally received a RMA but was instructed to ship to an address in Lithuania.
