Type of a scam Online Purchase

Item purchased (2 of the crystal coffee mugs). Delivery was late so tried to track the USPS number. They had provided fake tracking. My second contact requested correct tracking. Says was delivered - at home all day - nothing delivered. Contacted a 3rd time to request proof of delivery. They responded saying porch-pirates must have taken it. I call BS - I have a German Shepherd who alerts to everything as well as cameras. Now the website is gone and email has been blocked. Mashionns are simply thieves.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

The website advertised a handmade carved mug out of crystal. The one I ordered was blue AGATE. They advertise that each one is unique because it is hand carved crystal. They say it shipped out of the United States. The video shows stone being carved. I ordered it and received a painted resin plastic mug. Upon receiving the plastic mug, I pulled up the website and way down the page, the specs say resin despite the whole advertisement reflecting crystal. I asked for a full refund and they first offered me half a refund and not sending the mug back. I declined and then they offered me a full refund, but that I would have to pay to ship the mug back. They advertise that it’s shipped from the United States, but mine came from out of the country. Shipping it back is not cost-effective. I also did not want to spend another dime on the product that was fraudulently advertised. They ultimately refunded me half the amount but I want to report them so no one else makes the same mistake I did.
