I ordered a U.S. flag (Earl’s hand-carved USA flag) from Marlow Market Co.com that was described and shown on their website as made of wood. The item shipped to me was a blurry picture of a flag printed on foam board. Their website explicitly describes the product I purchased as made of actual wood, “hand carved and hand finished, with 50 stars each cut by hand”, and says no foam board or prints are ever used. When I emailed them to say I got the wrong product shipped to me they said I had to send it back to a Hong Kong address at my expense and if I didn’t want to they would only give me 25% refund. They are now ignoring my emails. This appears to be a bait and switch scam by a terrible company. They want me to pay for a return of the wrong item they sent to me!! What’s wrong with this picture!!!
