They invited me to do a one hour live research event which I did. I was to receive a $30 gift card which I did not. When I contacted them to find out where it was, they wrote that it was emailed to me, but it wasn't. They suggested I check my spam folder which I did but there was nothing. I asked them to resend and they ignored me after that
