Process started on Facebook as an vehicle was for sale, I contacted the person on Facebook with interested and was told the car belong to sis Inlaw and that I could contact her by email and I did. See below third party involved (Facebook market place) transaction was sent by visa prepaid card Green Dot but next day I cancel by email with seller and phone call to Facebook Market place program

I was quickly hung up on after telling them I was cancelling my transaction

since my email to seller and call to Market Place email

I'm unable to get a hold or reponse for either one

suspicious after payment was made and I got an email asking to pay a thousands dollar for boarder tax that wasn't included in the deal.
