I believed to be scammed

Hello I am new to this I am a mother of an 3 month old baby I am in desperate need of an apartment I seen this email thinking it’s a good idea they are asking for a 20 dollar application fee plus a 30 dollar admin fee to make my process go faster since I got a housing voucher at first when I was trying to send the money via cash app it had declined the money to protect me of any scam I let the person know we tried it on PayPal the same thing happened right there i should’ve known something but I proceeded with trying to send the money Finally was able to send the money to them now the lady called me to tell me the portal shows im supposed to send 500 dollars now im confused because the person I was emailing didn’t tell me no such thing I got on the phone with the guy to explain what was that about he had told me earlier somebody was viewing the spot but he decline them because he wanted me in that place since I had a housing voucher he said so basically that’s to secure my apartment until the voucher money kick in I told him I don’t have that kind of money he said if you send 75 dollars I can secure the spot I send it to him he send me a receipt with the amount I paid and said he will contact me in the morning with more information but now i believe this is a scam and don’t know what to do he had my state ID information following my housing Voucher
