I purchased what I thought were "Bone Conducting headphones", made by Inductivv, however when I received them, they were "Openear headphones" ...I read through the reviews and they seemed good, so I went ahead and purchased them. When I received them, they were junk...to big for my head and the sound quality was terrible...I found the email that I received when I purchased these and there was an email [email protected] and a phone number 1-833-708-9730. I called the number and the call was answered by someone who had very poor english and was hard to understand. I asked what I needed to do to return these, as they didn't fit and the sound quality wasn't good. Right off the bat the women said that she would give me a discount off of my original purchase and I could just keep the product. I told her no, that I just wanted to return them for a fully refund...she then proceeded to tell me that per their policy, they charge a 15% restocking fee, don't refund the shipping cost and some type of insurance that was tacked on to my order...so the item was $53.99, plus the insurance of $3.75 and shipping of $9.95, for a total of $67.69. When I questioned this, she said that she could give me a 75% discount off of the original price and I could keep the product, this way I didn't have to worry about the shipping and restocking fee of 15%. At a loss for what to do, I took what she offered as a refund, which was $40.49...

After searching this company "Margin Holdings LTD, I seen that there where several complaints and that some people that paid through PayPal, like I did, where signed up for some monthly subscription, so I went into my PayPal account and sure enough I was put on some kind of a monthly subscription, which I cancelled.
