This company from Marcus-Store.com is claiming to be in New York however they took 2 months to ship our product to us. Then when we got the product it was a very cheaply made item. We asked for a return and we shipped the product back it has now been 4 months of dealing with them on getting a refund. They made us ship the product to the UK. The product was then refused at customs and mailed back to us. Now the company is stating to keep the product and give us a gift card. We do not trust this company at all, they refuse to communicate outside of email at [email protected]. They keep ignoring the question of mailing the return to their New York location.
