An email was received by what looked like a legitimate email address of one of the owners of the company. The email contained an invoice and W9 form containing information was that familiar to the business - billing name, address etc. The person corresponded back and forth a few times and kept pushing to have the funds sent via ACH payment. Upon further research it was determined that the email was incorrect by one letter.
