I'm out the money that I spent for an item I ordered.After 3 emails from them, I received no more & tried to contact them but with no success. DO NOT order anythig from this site. It is a Scam site.

I inquired about my parcel but the email address for Makeupstore.com is unavailable and my inquiry went unanswered. They informed me that my package was in transit but no other detail of its whereabouts was not given. Their email address does no work.

Product is smelly and doesn’t look like what is on their site

I ordered a pallette that showed colors I liked. When I received the product the colors looked nothing like what was shown on their site. To top it off the pallette has a nasty odor to it. I then messaged customer service and they denied any refund or help even though I sent pics to show the difference. I will never shop with them again. I don’t recommend the makeupstore at all. Much better places out there.

I wish I had read the previous review before!
They trick people into thinking they are buying product X and then Makeupstores.com sends whatever they want.
In my case, I ordered a hair color that is difficult to find in the US. The hair color description was written only in the picture they show on their website. The order confirmation had the same picture but under the brand's name it had a number. Well, the number with no explanation was the color they send. My guess is that they send whatever they have in stock. I contacted them and they did reply and put me in touch with the claims department. They told me that the pictures on their website are "demonstrative" (sic) and the color was the number with no description. Therefore, they sent what I ordered because the number was on my receipt. I told them that the color and the right number of what I bought were described in the picture of the product's box (only thing that had a written explanation of the color). However, they refused to send me a pre-paid return label and refund me what I paid.
They wanted me to pay for the return and gave me a return address, 600 Markley Street, Woodbridge Township, NJ, 07064. I Googled it and it is associated with ebay scammers! The same thing with the phone number on their website :-(
I'm so careful about scams that I cannot believe I felt for this... probably it was the Italian product that I love so much so I did not see the red flags :-(

I made a purchase on February 2, 2023. The website shows NY as location and A NY phone number (1-516-758-2697), which your website said was a invalid #number. The website said 7-10 days shipping. I received a email confirmation it said my package was in Poland. It shows 8/23-10/23 as the arrival date. That's 8-10 months! I contacted them through email 3 times. I finally got a response and they refused to cancel my order and refund me. This is either a scam or they are committing fraud. I've lost my $64.25 but I don't want anyone else to.
