Marshall Goldberg talked to me for three weeks about a piece of equipment he had for sale and seemed very knowledgeable and legit. Obviously not, as once he sent the confirmation email that he received the money, no equipment was shipped and yet he kept up with excuses for four weeks and then will not respond to email or phone calls. It was a simple presentation of a piece of equipment I wanted and he said he had it through videos, but all was a lie.

He got me for $30,000. I did receive machine but it never worked. He said send it back and he would fix. Been 2 months and I cannot reach him anymore. Anyone have ideas going after him?
