"Wilber Oliphant" is listed at the contact for Pearl Marketing Services, the spammer responsible for the 28 (and counting) spam emails that I've received, beginning on April 21, 2025. I've email him twice to request that they stop this immediately; he ignores me and increases the daily emails. And 23 have arrived in the last 48 hrs. All different companies are spoofed.
