Purchased items online and did not receive them. The tracking number I was given does not exist. When I reached out the shop said it was delivered at my house but buy a different state then the address in my order. They said to ask my neighbors if they received it but the shop is saying the package was delivered to the state ** and the address entered is **. I am unable to get a human response.
