I called myself ordering a watch to help manage my diabetes. Ordered the watch July 16, and i kept emailing the seller asking what was taking so long. Kept being told it was on it's way. I got tired at 30 days in and was like can i have a refund. They advised no as it had not been received by me as of yet. I advised that i will no longer need the item. Advised them i would b sending it back as it took too long, and is no longer needed. I asked for rhe return address and info, and i have been getting the run around since. They keep offering up % off, saying they suffered a loss. Seriouly I want ALL my monies back and ill return their item. But nothing positive and I am beyond livid at this point.
