I was told by the description that my handbag was leather. I was suspicious that it was not so I took it to a shoe repair shop and I was told that I was right and it was not leather. It was plastic when I attempted to contact the company. I was told that for an additional $500 I could have a premium handbag, this company is misleading they do not help you when you let them know that you are aware of the poor quality bag. The only help you get is by them trying to get more money from you to get a different bag. This is a scam and the customer service is very poor , I really would not want this to happen to other people
