Luxe cloths had a ad on Facebook selling rockstar clothing for sale for $4.49 each. I placed the order on Nov 3rd 2024 and then tracked my order closely using www.track678.com. The 1st attempt stated my order was delivered after waiting a month for the order. I immediately reached out to [email protected] stating my order was not delivered. They contacted me back stating they would resend the package and I would have it in another 7-15 days. on Dec 16th the tracking number showed delivered again, I emailed them again letting them this was unacceptable and asked for proof of photo where the item was placed. They then agreed to refund me back my money but after completing research the website was now a completely new website selling clothes that were nothing similar to rockstar items they were selling. I am reporting the company so that I make sure I receive my refund and give notice to everyone else about this company/person stealing people's number's, card information.
