Order was placed on company's website. Order confirmation was received. The site showed the date received and the date it was ready for shipping (1/1/26). Shipment never took place. Reached out thru email several times saying there was a weather delay. Gave it a few more days and it never shipped. A refund was requested and never received. When you reach out it is just one delay after another but no feedback on the refund on the product that was never received. I have tried to upload screen shots for your reference but it gives an error message.

On or about Dec. 23, 2024, I placed an order with Luxe Cosmetics for a lash lift kit but it was never delivered. After multiple attempts to reach them by email, the only reply I got was one telling me that my ticket was being sent to the relevant team for assistance; I received nothing else after that despite again trying to reach them by email several times (they don't list a phone number). The tracking number they provided with my order never showed anything beyond "Order ready." I attempted to submit a complaint with BBB, but the address that Luxe Cosmetics lists is apparently not a physical address, per BBB. So no address, no phone number, only an email for customer service which they don't reply to. A total scam.

Apparently it's not just me who ordered and didn't receive the items. Lots of people online with the same experience. I ordered products and when they didn't arrive I emailed them. There were a couple of responses that didn't make sense. When I asked for clarification they stopped responding. I emailed them two more times asking for an update with no response. I disputed the charge with my CC company to get a refund. But after researching online a ton of people do not receive their orders after paying.

Tried purchasing an eyelash cosmetic online, payment was taking, tracking says shipper, product never arrives after multiple emails to them. They say they are looking into it but still never arrives. When I called them out on it all correspondence stopped with no further communication

Got in contact with Luxe lash as they have a 30 day return policy and im unsatisfied with the product. They asked for photos and stopped responding to my emails.

I found this on fb. They posted buy a lash kit and get a free lash tinting kit for free. I purchased on 12/13. Received an email a day later that my shipment has sent but my tracking number didn't work. I emailed the support email address and received an automated message. Then i sent several more emails and no replys. I purchased through Afterpay and I tried to dispute with them but the scammer sent shipping progress to them and they closed my dispute. I have reopened another dispute with them. I even commented on their Instagram and they delete it immediately. I only paid $20 so far but if Afterpay doesn't accept my dispute I will end up paying $80. I reported them to ScamPulse.com but i notice they have taken their address off of their website and changed some of their information. Even their contact email in Afterpay has changed to [email protected].

Ad from Instagram took us to a Black Friday shopping deal for make up eyelash product. Purchased product and the tracking system has not been updated. It has been almost a month. Emailed the customer service email and no reply back. Left a message on their social media and they deleted it

The website is for lash/brow lamination kits. They offer a variety of things but I purchased a lash lamination and tint kit that was allegedly shipped but has not moved in over a month and when I email the business for help I do not get a reply.

Clickedcon ad on instagram and then went to company website. Ordered eyelash lift kit. Payed through paypal so should be able to get money back, but sent email confirming order same day. Next day sent email order was shipped but when click on track order....bogus info...tracking not registered, all contact has you enter your email and mssg but never shows their email. No return mssg of course. Just so dissappointing how bad people suck...BUT website everywhere and ads. How is this legal????!!
