Went online to purchase through an advertisement online site and purchased items that guarantees 2 day shipping. Ordered items before Christmas and still have received any information on shipment. Emailed the company andnstill no information as to when my items will be shipped. I requested a refund and still NOTHING!!! I statted researching to find out yhis has happened to many others. So disappointing

Purchased a product from Luxe Cosmetics (luxe-cosmetics.com), never received it, and customer service is just an automated reply that repeats over and over. I lost $35 on this order.

I paid for a good and didn’t receive it. I paid Luxe Cosmetics 40.0000 and they took my money and never sent the product. I’ve attempted to contact the company at [email protected] and I’ve received no communication back from them.
