Went online to purchase through an advertisement online site and purchased items that guarantees 2 day shipping. Ordered items before Christmas and still have received any information on shipment. Emailed the company andnstill no information as to when my items will be shipped. I requested a refund and still NOTHING!!! I statted researching to find out yhis has happened to many others. So disappointing
