Autoship Scam

I saw an ad to receive a trio of samples of skin care product for $5.99. I received my one time purchase of samples, but the company kept charging my credit card from different companies for $9.62:

When I contacted the support email address, they proceeded to tell me that I signed up for their "Beauty Club" and the charge was an autoship charge. When I asked how they could charge people without sending any goods and/or services...the email response was there would be no further charges. I asked when I could expect to see my refund and still have received a response!

If I had not been down sick for a week I may have not noticed this mess of blatant fraud. Since the second month of 2021 these people have charged me a total of $553.83 to date. I clicked an ad ONCE and agreed to pay $5.99 & $2.99 S&H.
Then, oddly, the "representative", named Anthony (who was on the phone with a horrible connection, unable to call me on another line, extremely defensive, and incapable of answering a repeated question regarding the "T&C" that were supposed to be in my email but lacking.

Long story short, I received two 1. OZ sample jars ONE TIME. They are claiming they've sent me two other shipments plus, and I have never once received any statement, agreement, correspondence, bill, confirmation, or anything of the sort until I received an email today due to the phone calls horrible quality.

This company took $179.99 out my account for product I did not order. I filed a complaint with them. No response. I also filed a fraud complaint with my bank.

I ordered a sample received it and then Got charged $179.99 + $189.91
There was no email confirmation of my sample and no information when I received the sample. Could not find any contacts. Then my card was charged for the 2 amounts $179.99 + $189.91 this is where I was able to find a contact. Demanded my money back they totally gave excuses when I said I would report fraud they replied my email was blank lol so they could not read my reply lol. I resent many times and they kept ignoring me with just a reply of my email was blank . I have reported fraud hope this gets resolved and I get my money back

Just had the exact same thing happen to me, the want to refund me on 80.00 of each charge, I said I will be reporting to the BBB and bank fraud department, they actually laughed at me!

I had ordered a sample face cream which I paid for shipping only on Aug.16/21. I received it by mail on Aug.31/21.
I was suppose to have a 10 day trail to return this product if I wasn't pleased in order to stop any further shipments. Today is Sept.6/21, I've been trying to contact Vite Luxe to cancel any future/ automatic shipments however the phone number above which they provided me with does not work. I emailed them ,got a reply stating that I had received my order on Aug.20th & was past my time to cancel any orders. That date is not possible since I live in a rural area & receiving mail takes a week to come from Calagry, let alone the extra time to come from Toronto. The main problem is I can not use this cream as it makes my face itch & I break out in red spots. They are charging my credit card for $179.99 for an unauthorized order & refuse to provide a return number for sending back the product.
I am being scanned & they are probably going to continue charging me monthly for something I'm unable to use.
I want the $179.99 credited to my credit card asap.
Please advise me, I'm so stressed over this & don't know what else I can do.
"I wrote the date on the package when I received it in case I'd forget .
Their phone number on the package does not work."

There was an ad on Facebook about a free trial only to pay the shipping cost and 2 weeks later was charged $ 189.99 and $ 179.91 I called my Mastercard and they knew this company and how to deal with them, he transferred me over to a middle man and he only offered me a $180.00 credit I insisted the whole amount and he wouldnt. He emailed me their terms and conditions which State if you dont return the product within 10 days you will get charged 179.99 and if you open it you can't return it and if you return it you will get charged a cancellation fee so where is this free trial? It's not free after all had to cancel my credit card due to these scammers, I'm not very happy and now I want to return the product and cant cause the box it came in has no address. I did not see any terms and conditions when I first ordered this, big scam.

Clicked on an ad off of Facebook talking about a free sample of a face cream. Just pay shipping. Received a 1 oz tiny container of cream that smells like baby lotion, and then today got billed $179.99. Never know where in the entitled add did it say anything about being billed for any product or having products sent after the sample. I didn't subscribe to auto subscribe or renew. Try to talk to these people, got someone with very poor English who continually cut me off. Very unhappy false advertising fraudulent company. I want my money back

I ordered their "free" trial product. 1 oz bottle of cream and a toner, just pay shipping they said. Absolutely nothing in the fine print, today looked at my account and billed $179.99 for my 1 ounce bottle of what? Baby lotion? Does absolutely nothing. Called and got someone who can speak English, refused to let me speak to anyone else. Kept trying to call back, got the same person. Sooo upset. This company is fraudulent and lies! I want my money back!

Never rec'd a confirmation email, never received the product, did not get billed the $13.76 that was to have been on trial for 14 days then either send back for full refund or keep & be billed. I am sure I also ticked the box for NO auto renewal. Without my consent they have charged me $179.99 + $189.91 on Aug 6 & 5th respectively with NO PRODUCT EVER RECEIVED. I will dispute this. This crap ticks me off. Again, if it looks too good to be true IT'S NOT! What a messed up world!

I saw an ad for trying a free cream. A woman called me assuring me that it was absolutely free. No further costs or obligations. No strings attached. She convinced me that I only needed to pay for shipping it. If I really liked it I could order it. $800 later on my Visa card and warnings of fraud from Visa. They are complete scam artists.

On Instagram, there was an advertisement selling skin care products reduced to clear. This product (Lux Vitalities, distributed through UK but home office in Slovenia) was added to my cart for $6. I decided to buy it, since it was only $6 for a 30mL face cream and 50mL toner. They sent me the product. Two weeks later, without my consent, they charged my visa $180. In a month, they sent me another batch and charged my visa another $130. With the arrival of the second product, I realized that it must be a scam because I did not order more product and realized they must be, or will charge me for the second product. Indeed, they had. They had charged my card $350. I contacted them via email (no 1-800 only a long distance number) and followed their instructions to return the product. They received it, but will not refund my visa. I complained that they continued to charge my visa without my consent, and they claim that by purchasing the $6 product, gave them authority to charge me monthly. I have reported them to my financial institution and they are aware of this scam.
