Professing to be a self-publishing house with first-rate editors and lay-out people, they took money and what they produced was garbage. Their "editors" demonstrated ignorance of the English language. Any first-time high school student could have done better page lay-outs. My manuscript from the beginning was far better. My request for refund got silence.

A customer called us because Luminous Library was scamming her. Their website lists our address as the site of their business, but we have nothing to do with them. I think this is a phishing scam. Luminous Library does not exist at our address in Missoula. That is the address for ******** ***** ***********

I have been working with Luminous Library for one year and I like their hard work and on-time delivering with quality results. This is the best Publishing agency I have ever worked with
