Do not buy from Lukalula Maternity site. Their web site shows beautiful dresses. Who ever did their web site is a gem This company /website misrepresents their clothing. The dress finally arrived after waiting forever to get. I was shocked to see the dress. It was definitely poorly made. Seams not finished. Edges frayed. Definitely not sized i ordered xlarge it looked like it would fit a 8 year old child. The material is paper thin almost see thru, not like picture. I am so aware of registered online companies, scams, yadda, yadda and never thought I'd be swindled but now have been. CALL YOUR CC COMPANY ASAP. You have recourse through any cc co (Visa, MC, Amex, etc) because companies must pay the cc co in order to accept cc payments. You can get your money back.

I purchased a maternity dress at lukalula.com via paypal, upon purchasing through paypal the name switched to orderplus. I thought this was cause i used paypal. the money was taken out of my account then they sent an email saying i never paid for it.

I purchased a product online from the website mentioned above . After a few days my order was confirmed , however I did not recieve the shipping details so I kept sending them emails . They informed me later that the product is out of stock and asked if I could wait I waited for a few weeks but they didn’t seem to get that product so I cancelled my order and asked for my refund , they confirmed they would refund my money but after a few weeks I didn’t get any follow up , on checking they said there was an issue with the finance team , it’s been 3 months now and I still haven’t received my refund please help

This website operates by taking money for products not rendered and will not provide a refund. They only communicate via email, that’s if they communicate at all. I have waited Nearly 2 months for either my items to be shipped or a refund. The company refuses to respond to either request. Beware of this company. Fraudulent.

I made an online purchase for maternity clothing on their website. Shortly after processing the transaction I came across a website that had lots of reviews on the site being a scam. I immediately contacted Lukalula to cancel the order, they did not respond until 24 hours later claiming that a cancellation could not take place because it had been longer than 24 hours, even though my initial contact was within 2 hours. It has been several months since then and I have not received any further responses to my emails and no products have been delivered

Pregnant, my husband bought me two dresses off this site. They charged us and it took weeks for the dresses to arrive. They were cheap pieces of blocky material. They would not answer emails or respond to our messages to customer service to return anything. There is no phone number, address, etc... I went online and read about many others who had been scammed by this site. They take your money and some people have not even received their products.

Lukalula is a Chinese business creating counterfeit maternity apparel and advertising to expectant mothers on Facebook. I ordered swimsuits and other apparel back in May after receiving several targeted ads for their products. Since that time, I have still not received my purchases and I have discovered several of the product photos on their website and social media accounts are taken directly from other well known retailers like ASOS. I contacted the company and, instead of refunding my order or escalating the shipment, they offered me a gift card. I ended up having to escalate this to PayPal after which they claim to have shipped my items two months later (still not received). Terrible customer service; they do not speak English; and they clearly do not care about repeat business. Upon further research I’ve discovered many reviews online from customers stating their items counterfeit, poor quality, and/or were never received.

Hello,

I saw an ad for this company via Facebook and ordered several items from this maternity site. It has been 6 weeks from my purchase and I have only received 2 items from the order that are significantly poorer quality than what was advertised. After an extensive email chain (which I can provide) with various individuals (it would seem) in the "customer service" department, they have refused to send me the return address for these two items and cannot tell me when the other items will ship (nothing was listed as back ordered.) The return address is also not listed on their website. These 2 clothing items are very much different and poorer quality than the photos shown on their website. I have attached a comparison of the model on the site and what I received. The garment did not cover areas that should be covered according to the photo from the site. I would have had to layer a tank and pants/shorts under this "dress" in order to not be in violation of indecent exposure.

I would like to share this message so that other pregnant women don't fall victim to this. It is very difficult to find attractive, inexpensive maternity clothes. I wouldn't want others using their maternity budget towards this scam. It should be a happy time of life where a woman feels beautiful, not frustrated because she's been scammed while trying to buy clothes that fit (most maternity clothes are sold online as most stores don't want to shelve the merchandise.

They are a company that “sells maternity clothing”. They have what seems like awesome sales. I’ve been waiting for my ourchase for well over a month had to call my bank and put a stop Lyme t. I e emailed them at least 4 times over the last 2 weeks and they don’t responded. From the comments on there Facebook page they are a fraud and take advantage of pregnant people.

Lukalula is an online shopping company that offers women's clothing; regular and maternity. I found them initially through targeted facebook advertising (ie. I am pregnant and have been shopping online for maternity clothes and started seeing their ads). I purchased a clothing item and they redirected me to paypal for payment. They never emailed me a confirmation, order number, or anything. Just stole my money. After feeling dumb and waiting for them to do so for a few days I researched the company and found hundreds of women saying they have received the same treatment. All their information online is illegitimate, and they do not respond to facebook messages or emails. There is no phone number listed to call. Many women do not receive shipments and get completely stolen from, where others get items 3-4 months later that are not as depicted at all. They have been reported for stealing images of other clothing from legit websites and marketing the items as their own for affordable prices to rope people in. I have reported them to facebook since they are running their ads and facebook has not taken a stance and ended this and is still running their targeted ads. At this point it looks like the company has turned off commenting on their facebook page, or people will post angry comments and they will delete them.

I seen the comment a on the Facebook people and this has happen to so many people and the page still up and website. I would like for it to shut down! And stop this scamming!
