I purchased a pair of sunglasses for $9.99 plus tax and shipping. The product arrived and looks good. A couple of months later, I saw a $39.99 charge on my credit card statement under a random merchant name (EcomXXXX....) unrecognizable. I called my bank and got the phone number, turns out it was this company. They told me I had signed up for a VIP membership. Maybe I did, however I NEVER received an email indicating the terms of said VIP membership. Never received any confirmation or communication. I searched my emails. They offered me a refund for 30% and I was able to talk them into 50%. Next day I realized that I was charged twice. I called them back and they refused to refund me. They have since canceled said membership, but I won't like my entire refund.
