Ordered on line. Site advertised from New York, delivered late from China. Items cheap and not as pictured. Tried to return and got a run-around. Finally led me to return info which was impossible to follow due to many hassles of returning merchandise to China. May not be technically illegal but definitely misleading which is leading to theft
