I ordered a pet memorial from Facebook, since my order has recently passed away. I started to think about the website name and it seemed suspicious, so I looked it up and saw some reviews that said the product is not as described, and then it is difficult to return it. I tried to cancel through the support email as I hadn't received a tracking number yet, and they refused to cancel my order. About a week later they sent a tracking number and I recently received the product. It is of very poor quality and not anything like was advertised. I will be returning it to China.
